Kevin Farmer appeals his conviction for one count of the Class A felony of involuntary manslaughter and three counts of the Class D felony of second-degree assault. In his sole point on appeal, Farmer argues that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress evidence obtained after a search of his person. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment. Because Farmer does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury's verdict, a detailed recitation of the facts is not necessary. We will note, however, that Farmer was convicted of three counts of second-degree assault for shooting at his four sons and one count of involuntary manslaughter for his son's death. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law in the trial court's ruling. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a formal opinion reciting the detailed facts and restating the principles of law. The parties have been furnished with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the reasons for this order. The judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 30.25(b).
